Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, and commercial spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
• Execute detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards, paying special attention to high-touch areas
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchens by sanitizing sinks, toilets, counters, appliances, and fixtures
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
• Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and minor maintenance issues
• Support housekeeping management with scheduling and quality checks when required
• Use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability

Experience

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred
• Prior hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet extractors
• Experience with floor care techniques such as waxing or polishing floors is desirable
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments
• Ability to handle laundry operations efficiently and effectively
• Customer service background demonstrating professionalism and positive communication skills
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeper management roles is a plus
