What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Specialist position at Heller Machine Tools LP?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Support – Internal
- Support Sales in CRM systems
- Track active Leads/Quotes
- Update data in system as needed
- Assist in Machine Configurations
- Support Sales for customer visitsSupport special sales events at Heller US (HUS), as assigned by ISM
- Open House Events
- Support Marketing and Sales activities for tool shows, such as IMTS (Chicago, IL) or others (as determined by ISM) – (Typically 1 week or less at show)
- Lead / contact management
- Various administrative support for sales and marketing during the show
- Marketing Support
- Prospecting
- Researching company / manufacturing plants in sales territories to determine fit-for-HELLER (new/not new) opportunities.
- Support with other marketing research as needed
- Internal marketing support
- Support with logistics for sending items to customers, dealer locations, etc.
- Assist with filming tech center videos & photography
- Lead creation in C4C (CRM system)
- Using Market research information to create leads for Sales Team
- Enter leads into C4C and assign to appropriate Salesperson.
- UMB PM Support
- Work with Sales & PM Account Liaison on the following tasks:
- Invoicing customers with billing plans
- Project scheduling
- Project execution assistance
- Documentation

Education and Experience:
- 2 or 4-year technical, business or marketing related degree preferred
- Machine tool experience preferred

Work Environment:
