Role Description

The Client Experience Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in San Ramon, CA, focused on delivering exceptional service to every client who visits the showroom or contacts the store. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through jewelry and timepiece selections, including custom design consultations. This role supports sales associates with client follow-up, appointment coordination, and accurate documentation of client preferences and purchases. The team member also assists with maintaining an inviting showroom environment, including merchandising displays, cleaning and organizing cases, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Additional duties may include answering phones and emails, processing transactions, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall client satisfaction and loyalty.
