Role Description
Helix Urgent Care is seeking a full-time Account Manager for Occupational Medicine and Work Comp in a hybrid role based in Jupiter, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service requirements are met. The role requires developing and executing account strategies, monitoring performance metrics, addressing customer inquiries, and proactively identifying areas for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills, including maintaining client relationships and managing client needs
- Proficiency in developing account strategies and delivering solutions aligning with client goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with healthcare services or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently, adapt to hybrid work environments, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable
