The Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations, responsible for ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule.

The Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations, responsible for ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and overseeing all training of employees within the field
- Leading and managing the on-site team
- Capable of supervising the installation of worksites, identifying any non-compliant aspects of a worksite and oversee other employees while in the field
- Coordinate project schedules and dispatch field crews, monitor employee hours scheduled per work and address minor employee complaints
- Work independently, exhibit good judgement in the field and always adhere to company policy
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Agree to be “on-call” 24 hrs per day 7 days a week unless relieved by an Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Vice President or President
- Load and unload dispatch trucks
- Operate motorized hand tools and equipment required
- Enforce company policies
- Review complex traffic control plans and determine/execute compliant installations
- Required: High School Diploma/GED
- Qualified employees will need to have 1 year(s) experience in transportation or a related field
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must be 18 years old
- Willingness to improve industry knowledge and learn new skills
- Accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
