Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in coordination of daily project & business activities, communicating with the appropriate parties, and maintaining high-quality document control.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination.
• Update & maintain utility locates for active projects.
• Update & maintain inspection and permit logs for active projects.
• Keep record of project documentations.
• Field front desk phone calls and emails. Distribute to team accordingly.
• Order & stock office and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
