As the Equipment Associate, you will assist operations by performing equipment maintenance and repairs and making sure all rolling stock in is good working order and ready to rent.

Highway Specialties is an established and growing Northwest leader in traffic control safety equipment sales and rentals. As the Equipment Associate, you will assist operations by performing equipment maintenance and repairs and making sure all rolling stock in is good working order and ready to rent.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Understands the basic operations of all equipment that Highway Specialties rents and or sells.
- Performs basic maintenance and repairs of all rolling stock equipment.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides quick action on time-sensitive issues.
- Gains further product knowledge and learns industry terms.
- Performs inventory counts.
- Assists customers picking up orders and returning products.
- Creates customer relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
