Asphalt Laborer / Asphalt Crew Member
T Stone Construction LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Asphalt Laborer to join our construction team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repair work.
- Rake, shovel, spread, and level hot mix asphalt.
- Assist the paving crew with site preparation and cleanup.
- Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment as assigned.
- Help with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment.
- Follow directions from the Foreman and Project Manager.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
- Be available for early starts and changing jobsite locations.
- Perform other general construction duties when needed.
Requirements
- Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Must be comfortable working around heavy equipment and active construction sites.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Location: Tacoma / Seattle / Pierce and King County job sites
