The Estimator will be responsible for collecting necessary information and organizing documents to support the Chief Estimator in the preparation of competitive bids.

Job Requirements
- Search local and national databases for new project opportunities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret plans and construction materials to propose by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Identify and provide deviations from the proposal, including scope and specifications
- Prepare takeoffs by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Create project management folders for each individual project for bidding. Conduct credit reviews for customers
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Input data to show bid status and report of bid awards
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications
- Create and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through a CRM portal
- Assist Estimator with daily job duties and tasks
- Learn basic traffic control by attending the offered classes
- Update sales pipeline and activity tracker with up-to-date notes, award status, and other relevant information
