Superior Traffic Control, LLC is the largest traffic control company in the State of Tennessee with regional offices in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Alabama, and serves Northern Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. We bring the highest level of traffic control experience available to state, city and private projects, ensuring the success and on-time completion of projects we are a part of.
No previous road or bridge construction industry experience required; experience in the traffic control or related industries is a plus. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Requirements
- Able to lift 80 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Able to load & unload dispatch trucks
- Capable of following specific directions from supervisor with acute attention to detail
- Should exhibit good judgment in the field, including safe work practices around live traffic, and adhere to the company policy at all times
- Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment required
- Able to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
- Cooperative team player attitude required
- Eligibility for inclusion on the company's covered driver’s list is required
- Able to work nights or weekends if necessary
- Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills
- Required: High School Diploma
- Obtain/Possess a Class D driver’s license
- Pay based on hourly rate. Overtime pay after 40 hours per week
- Eligible for health insurance after 60 days

- Flagging and Commercial Defensive Driving training provided
- Assist in obtaining a DOT health card through a Licensed Medical Provider
