maryThe HRIS & Payroll Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful integration of newly acquired organizations into Dayforce with a primary focus on payroll configuration, payroll testing, compliance validation, and implementation readiness. This role serves as a key operational and technical partner between HR, Payroll, Finance, and implementation stakeholders to ensure payroll systems are configured accurately, tested thoroughly, and deployed successfu
lly.
This individual will play a critical role in validating payroll functionality across multiple concurrent acquisitions and HR transformation projects, including payroll setup, earnings and deduction validation, tax and banking configuration support, payroll balancing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). The role requires strong analytical skills, systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve payroll-related risks before go-
live.
The HRIS & Payroll Implementation Analyst will also support workforce standardization efforts and help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and labor requirements, including certified payroll and prevailing wage obligations where appli
