Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will supervise field crew to ensure company safety policies and work zone standards are being followed.

Responsibilities

• Manage traffic control personnel in designated areas to include performance evaluations and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with training crew members and prepping them for advancement.
• Perform work zone safety checks and audits at least once per week.
• Ensure time sheets from crew leads are accurate, complete, and turned in on time.
• Communicate daily with planning and scheduling team regarding any issues in fulfilling job requirements.
• Create leaders from the field
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Team player
• Lead by example
• Effective communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in the field, performing traffic control and flagging activities.
• Good computer skills to include emails (Outlook), excel, and other Windows applications.
