We’re hiring a full-time Project Controls Assistant in Miami, FL to support project planning, progress tracking, reporting, and documentation. You’ll work with project teams to keep information up to date, follow deadlines, and help identify issues that may affect project timelines or budgets.

It’s a good opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working with information, and interested in developing practical experience in project coordination, planning, and operations.

A Typical Day

• Update project schedules, trackers, and progress records
• Maintain project documents, reports, and organized digital files
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Assist with tracking project costs, budgets, and resource information
• Gather updates from team members and communicate changes
• Prepare basic reports and summaries for project reviews
• Record meeting notes, decisions, and action points
• Help identify discrepancies in project data and documentation
• Flag potential delays or outstanding requirements to the project team
• Support project meetings, planning activities, and administrative tasks
• Ensure project information is accurate, current, and easy to access

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and computer systems

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn project tracking tools and internal procedures
• Previous experience in project administration, coordination, operations, reporting, or office support is a plus
