Key Responsibilities
- Represent client products and services at assigned retail locations.
- Engage customers through face-to-face conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
- Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
- Assist interested customers with the enrollment or purchasing process.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of both clients and the company.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.
