Helion is hiring a contract Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments to support our production, and R&D. You will report to the Inventory Control Manager at our Everett, WA location.

What You Will Be Doing
Helion is hiring a contract Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments to support our production, and R&D. You will report to the Inventory Control Manager at our Everett, WA location.
You Will
- Promptly unload trucks and deliveries during business hours
- Collaborate with Materials Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Finance, and other related departments to resolve problems related to receipt and distribution of material
- Package materials for shipment and transport
- Manage transactions in Helion’s ERP software
- Utilize 3PL software to coordinate shipping
- Maintain clean, organized storage locations across the shipping, receiving, and storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment including, but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts
- Support first shift operating from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs
