The mission of Helio Health, Inc. is to promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. To support this mission, the Data Specialist will collect and input Outpatient Services data for statistical reporting and other purposes.
This position will work on-site out of our Utica based Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. All applicants should live within driving distance of Utica, NY

Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Working Relationships:
- Takes direction from home site/program Service Directors and/or Division Director to support programs' data needs.
- Consults with staff regarding Quality Assurance.
- Works with internal and external community agencies and organizations.
- Maintains various sets of data including health data, program metrics, and outcome-based data.
- Delivers required data to external agencies as needed.
- Participates in program administrative and clinical committees as assigned.
- Represents agency to the community.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Associates degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent required.
- One year of data entry experience required.
- An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for employment experience requirements.
