Schedule : Wednesday-Sunday 1:30pm-10pm
Responsibilities
- Perform routine custodial duties including cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of common areas, offices, and workspaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Carry out repairs, residential painting, and other hands on projects as needed to maintain facility integrity.
- Maintain detailed records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders, inspections, and repairs to ensure compliance and accountability.
Skills
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices across various environments such as manufacturing or residential settings.
- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication in English to interact professionally with colleagues and seniors.
