Job Summary

Schedule: Fri/Sat 7am-3:30pm and Sun/Mon 11am-7:30pm
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing dishes, prepping food, chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste efficiently
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Setting up the dining room for the meal service.
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling protocols and sanitation standards at all times
- Contribute to the overall organization of the kitchen by stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and assisting with inventory checks
- Support serving staff during meal service periods by delivering items promptly and assisting with basic hospitality needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is desirable
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning tools is beneficial
