Key Responsibilities
- Gather and manage business and technical requirements.
- Lead Agile delivery, including writing and managing features and backlog.
- Design and support Genesys Cloud CX solutions (call flows, bot flows).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product outcomes and improvements.
Required:
- 5 years in product management, business analysis, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX
- Strong Agile experience (e.g., backlog, features, user stories)
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Banking experience (Treasury or Commercial)
- Contact center operations and KPI knowledge
- Experience with customer journey mapping and CX optimization
