Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions
- Lead and support ERP implementations, including system setup, configuration, and optimization
- Provide guidance during ERP conversions and integrations with other systems
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of customer service and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot issues related to system functionality and connectivity, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Deliver user training and support adoption of ERP systems
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a customer success advocate Provide high-touch, white-glove support to customers throughout the conversion and onboarding process
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following ERP systems: Sage, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
- Proven experience supporting ERP implementations, integrations, or system conversions
- Strong client-facing and customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively
- Practical experience configuring ERP platforms (no development or coding required)
- Solid understanding of system connectivity, data flow, and common integration challenges
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a customer success, solutions consulting, or implementation-focused role
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Familiarity with business process improvement and change management practices
