Business Systems Analyst – Commercial Account Opening

Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST hours)

Duration: 12-18 months

Job Summary:

Our regional banking client is expanding ServiceNow’s capabilities for Treasury Management (TM) commercial onboarding services. This BSA role will be dedicated to Account Opening, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment between product and development teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and writing user stories.
• Understanding of ServiceNow for mapping account opening steps (CSM/SFO tables).
• Experience with Jira
• Banking experience and familiarity with treasury services, wire setups, and downstream systems that integrate with account opening.
• Commercial Account Opening Experience – Deep understanding of the end-to-end process and dependencies.
  
  
  

Top Responsibilities

• Gather and understand requirements by working with product management to understand commercial account opening needs and objectives.
• Map Account Opening steps by outlining the process from request ? verification ? setup ? enablement.
• Write clear requirements and convert them into Jira epics and features for developers.
• Act as a liaison between product and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Use domain expertise to validate that the workflows meet business needs.
