Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Retail, Commercial, Risk, and Compliance teams to shape enterprise architecture aligned to business strategy.
- Develop business capability models, value streams, and process architectures for financial services.
- Lead application modernization, including legacy assessments, cloud adoption, and transition to modern architectures (APIs, microservices, containers).
- Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure cohesive delivery of modernized systems.
- Facilitate workshops to identify capability gaps, regulatory considerations, and transformation opportunities.
- Support strategic planning, investment prioritization, and IT portfolio governance.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal architecture standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, cloud?native platforms, low?code tools) for operational and strategic value.
