Heist Brewery & Barrel Arts of Charlotte, NC is looking for one pizza chef to join us at our new facility -located at 1030 Woodward Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. Experience with a wood-fired oven is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Stretch pizza dough
  • Build pizzas as per specification
  • Stock ingredients
  • Build and maintain a wood-fired oven
  • Prepare simple recipes
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace

Qualifications

  • Prior kitchen line experience
  • Evening availability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Attention to detail
  • Good work ethic & positive attitude
