Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac of West Bend has an immediate opening for a Sales Consultant. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with sales experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and who is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Sales Consultants work with our Sales Managers and Finance Managers to sell new and pre-owned vehicles. They are responsible for inspecting, preparing, and presenting vehicles to customers; arranging test drives, providing advice and answering sales related questions, and working with customers and the Sales Team to make successful sales.

Responsibilities
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles and services
- Attend all virtual and in person training
- Have a working knowledge of all vehicles offered for sale
- Maintain at least zone average CSI
- Inspect, prepare, and present vehicles to customers
- Arrange test drives when needed
- Provide advice on purchasing vehicles
- Answer and address any sales related questions or concerns
- Work with customers and Sales Team to complete successful purchases
- Prepare and complete all necessary purchase documents
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Previous Sales experience preferred
- Previous Automotive Knowledge preferred
- Valid and clean WI Driver’s License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
