Position OverviewHeiser has an immediate opening for both a Full-Time and Part-Time Office Administrator. We’re seeking a professional, dependable individual with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling clerical tasks, cashiering, and customer interactions.
This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our customers while supporting key business operations. What You’ll Do
- Provide general office and clerical support, including answering multi-line phones
- Greet and direct customers to appropriate departments
- Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism
- Handle limited accounting tasks
- Maintain a high level of customer service and attention to detail
