Position Overview: Parts Counterperson
The Heiser Automotive Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Parts Counterperson. We are looking for a professional, customer-focused individual who is detail-oriented, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for front-line customer support, parts sales, and assisting both retail customers and internal service technicians.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians by identifying and selling the correct parts
- Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
- Source and order parts as needed
- Provide accurate price quotes by phone and in person
- Offer timely updates on order status and shipment tracking
- Support technicians and service staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior automotive parts or service department experience preferred
- Strong automotive parts knowledge is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid, clean Wisconsin driver’s license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
