Customer Communication & Lead Management
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and text messaging
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely, professional, and friendly communication
- Schedule appointments for sales consultants and ensure consistent follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Following up with unsold opportunities to drive engagement and conversion
- Create personalized video messages for customers to enhance their buying experience
- Record walk-arounds, vehicle highlights, and thank-you videos to support sales efforts
- Use video as a tool to build trust and improve customer connections
- Take high-quality photos of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Post inventory and promotional content across social media platforms
- Assist in maintaining an engaging and consistent online presence for the dealership
- Highlight vehicle features and specials to attract online shoppers
- High energy and positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
- Ambitious self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of their results

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
