We are looking for a Social Media Manager who brings a sophisticated, modern aesthetic and deep understanding of luxury fashion content. This role is high-impact, creative, and central to the next chapter of the brand.



Role: Social Media Manager


Heiress is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of all organic social content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate has experience managing social media for a fast-paced, trend-driven fashion or beauty brand and understands what drives viral awareness, brand trust, and community engagement in the luxury DTC space.


You will work closely with the Founder, our creative partners, and our performance marketing team to shape the brand’s storytelling, aesthetic direction, and content strategy across all platforms.



Key Responsibilities


Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and Stories

• Identify trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments to inform content planning

• Create high-performing content rooted in fashion storytelling, BTS moments, fit education, and brand identity

• Plan and manage the social content calendar with a strong understanding of product drops, campaigns, and seasonal moments


Content Production

• Film, direct, and edit daily content, including:

• TikToks

• Reels

• Behind-the-scenes videos

• Product try-ons

• Founder-led or narrative-driven storytelling content

• Work with the Founder and creative partners to produce monthly in-office content shoots

• Manage UGC creators, influencer content, and raw assets to create cohesive weekly output


Brand & Creative Direction

• Maintain and evolve Heiress’ brand voice, visual identity, and narrative across all channels

• Collaborate with design, creative direction, and product teams to ensure storytelling aligns with collections and brand positioning

• Identify opportunities for brand activations, pop-ups, collaborations, and social-led moments


Community & Growth

• Oversee community engagement and customer interaction across platforms

• Grow engagement, follower count, and organic reach using a data-informed approach

• Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance


Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with the email/SMS team, performance marketing, and wholesale partners for cohesive brand messaging

• Work with designers, production, and the warehouse to obtain assets and product details

• Provide weekly reporting on social performance and learnings



What We’re Looking For


Required Experience

• 2–5 years in a social media role at a fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle brand

• Strong experience filming and editing short-form video content

• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, pacing, and storytelling formats

• Ability to maintain a polished, elevated brand aesthetic

• Proven track record of growing social channels or building high-engagement content

• Experience managing influencer and UGC assets

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment


Soft Skills

• Highly creative with strong taste and intuition

• Proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong sense of trends in culture, beauty, fashion, and luxury

• Passionate about brand building and storytelling



Bonus Skills (Not Required but Strong Plus)

• Background in fashion content creation

• Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate management

• Graphic design or Lightroom editing

• Experience producing e-commerce or campaign content

• Understanding of performance marketing and creative testing
