Job Description ESPECIALISTA AGRICOLA OBJETIVO: Responsável pela produção agrícola de tomate industrial, garantindo produtividade, qualidade, custo e segurança de supply, por meio da gestão técnica de produtores, execução disciplinada do planejamento agrícola e uso estruturado de dados para tomada de decisão. Atua como elo entre campo, indústria e estratégia, assegurando previsibilidade operacional e mitigação de riscos climáticos, agronômicos e logísticos. PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES: Realizar o planejamento e execução da safra de tomate industrial; Garantir aderência ao plano de plantio, tratos culturais e colheita; Gerir e desenvolver produtores, com foco em novos entrantes; Assegurar evolução de produtividade, qualidade e custo por tonelada; Estruturar e analisar dados agrícolas para suporte à decisão; Realizar forecast de safra com alta acurácia; Antecipar e mitigar riscos climáticos e operacionais; Integrar com Procurement, Logística, Manufatura e Qualidade; Garantir disciplina operacional e padronização de processos. REQUISITOS: Formação superior completa em Agronomia, Administração, Economia ou áreas afins; Conhecimento avançado no pacote Office, particularmente em Excel; Desejável conhecimento em SAP; Inglês intermediário é considerado diferencial.
