Job Summary
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for leading Heinen’s paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and emerging channels (e.g., Connected TV). This role ensures all media investments reflect the brand’s standards of quality, care, and trust while driving measurable business outcomes.
This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, including media planning, campaign management, testing, and optimization. The Paid Media Manager partners closely with internal creative teams to develop channel-specific campaigns and aligns media efforts with broader business priorities.
The role also oversees agency and platform partners, translates performance data into actionable insights, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across Google, Meta, Connected TV, and other relevant channels
- Create integrated media plans that balance brand-building objectives with performance-driven outcomes
- Oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, testing frameworks, and ongoing optimization
- Partner with internal creative teams to develop messaging and assets aligned with platform best practices and performance insights
Planning & Performance Management
- Develop and manage annual media plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor performance against established KPIs; optimize and reallocate spend as needed
- Align media investments with key business objectives, including ecommerce growth, store traffic, and talent acquisition
Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Manage agency and platform relationships, ensuring accountability and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, ecommerce, and HR teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Ensure paid media efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and the end-to-end customer experience
Analytics & Communication
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Establish and maintain consistent reporting to support decision-making and continuous optimization
Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
- 8–10 years of paid media experience, with strong expertise in Google and Meta platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns end-to-end (strategy, execution, optimization)
- Experience managing agency partners and driving performance outcomes
- Familiarity with emerging paid digital channels, including Connected TV
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop effective campaign assets
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
