E-Commerce In-Store Shopper Lead

Job Summary: 

The eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring customer orders are filled accurately, and with high-quality, safe products. These individuals manage the workflow of fellow fulfillment specialists to ensure orders are ready for pick-up or delivery in a timely manner.  

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and supervise daily workflow of in-store fulfillment teams.
• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently within expected timelines.
• Resolve customer issues fairly, equitably and in a timely manner.
• Assist with weekly scheduling of in-store fulfillment teams.
• Provide on-going training and support for fellow team members.
• Communicate all department standards, policies, and procedures to all fulfillment associates. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Must possess previous experience in a customer oriented industry.
• Must possess High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on innovation.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously to meet required deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Possess computer and smart phone skills (Android). Must be familiar with Google Docs, proficient with email, and the ability to learn computer-based systems.
• Be production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing.
• Possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekend and evening hours.
• Interviewing experience a plus.
