We are seeking a motivated and curious Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real marketing initiatives at one of the nation's leading electronics distributors while developing hands-on skills in marketing strategy, analytics, research, and content development.

2026 Co-Op Program Planning Support
The intern will execute a series of structured research projects (each approximately 5-7 business days), drawing on the types of projects completed by prior Heilind interns.
Education/Experience
While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential
functions of this job. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (paperwork, typing, using mouse/keyboard). The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform
an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
Working Conditions
Position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative
work.)

- Interested in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or market research
- Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from research
- A strong communicator — both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Canva or design tools is a plus
- Curious, self-directed, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment
2026 Co-Op Program Planning Support
- Collaborate with Marketing Co-Op Managers to develop and refine the 2026 co-op marketing plan
- Assist in mapping supplier program budgets, campaign calendars, and strategic priorities
- Help build organizational frameworks and tracking tools to support co-op program execution

Education/Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with digital asset management systems or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Interest in B2B marketing, supplier relationships, and event coordination.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure.
- Highly organized with critical attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive and deadline-driven assignments.
- Possess polished interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation, and maturity.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to shift directions quickly when priorities change.
- Ability to work hybrid schedule, in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Wilmington, MA
