Benefits/Perks:
- $17 hourly, and increasing pay range to $19-$22/hour with monthly bonus commissions
- Employee massage and facial benefits at a reduced cost for your health and wellness
- Full-time position
- SALES- Massage Heights memberships to first-time guests and upsell existing members
- Greet and Welcome guests and members in person and on the phone
- Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists
- Present and sell memberships and gift cards
- MUST have STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE and have an OUTGOING PERSONALITY
- Must have ability to achieve sales goals with set quotas
- MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with FAST PACED work environments and be a self starter
- MUST be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays
