Executive Search Analysts play a critical role in supporting the research phase of the executive search lifecycle. Working closely with Search Partners and Principals, Analysts receive world-class training and mentorship through an apprenticeship-style model, gaining exposure to every stage of the executive recruitment process. They conduct in-depth industry, company, and executive research, identify and engage top talent, prepare client deliverables, support business development efforts, and contribute to executive assessments. Role Responsibilities
Research & Writing:
- Conducting industry research to gain comprehensive understanding of the Client Company, their industry and the position requirements.
- Identifying prospective candidates through targeted company research, relevant prior searches and using Heidrick’s proprietary systems and methodologies.
Internal and External Communication:
- Contributing to multiple engagements, candidate pipelines and the needs of multiple internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining progress reports/status reports/market feedback reports for presentation to Consultants and Clients.
- Assisting Consultants in writing candidate assessments to present to clients.
- Supporting business development activities and pitch preparation as directed.

Basic Role Qualifications
- 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience.
- An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
- Developing and honing skills in professional communications, including writing, speaking, and presenting information in a clear and coherent manner.
Preferred Role Qualifications
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition or other industry requiring applied sales and research skills.
- Proven success simultaneously managing multiple projects and working across teams.
- Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels.
- Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information into insights.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM.
- Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and completing high quality deliverables on time.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
