Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine property maintenance, including minor repairs, inspections, and preventative upkeep.
- Use basic hand tools to complete tasks such as tightening, assembling, repairing, and adjusting fixtures or equipment.
- Assist with general building upkeep (e.g., painting, patching, minor carpentry, changing light fixtures, door and lock adjustments).
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor property conditions and report issues to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors when necessary and provide access to properties as directed.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Proven experience using a variety of basic hand tools.
- General maintenance, repair, or handyman experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Work Environment:
This role involves on-site work across multiple properties and may require occasional lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working both indoors and outdoors.
