Associate Litigation Attorney

Heideman & Associates is an established law firm with its principal office located in Provo, Utah. We are seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney. Our law firm, led by our founding attorney Justin D. Heideman, has decades of experience successfully resolving disputes and overcoming obstacles for clients in a broad range of legal issues. • Civil and business litigation

• Real property disputes
• Foreclosure matters

• Trust administration, probate, and estate planning
• Personal injury and medical malpractice
• Appellate matters
• Governmental immunity and inverse condemnation matters
• Intellectual property
• Labor (employment) law

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Experience drafting and arguing motions and other legal memoranda.
• Experience drafting and preparing discovery.
• Has taken and defended numerous depositions.
• Trial and courtroom experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• The ability to prioritize and to work independently.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• Desire to continue to grow their practice through the full support of the firm.

Pay depends on experience.
