What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn and apply consultative sales techniques to support customers and grow market share
- Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and operations partners
- Support pricing, quoting, and order coordination to ensure a positive customer experience
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in structured training and field experiences to develop sales capability

Work Environment
This role combines office, field, and customer-facing interactions. Travel within the assigned territory is required. Work is performed in a professional office setting as well as aggregate production and construction environments, with appropriate safety training and equipment provided.
