What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align production plans with maintenance, quality, and supply chain priorities
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals
- Develop and support team members through coaching, training, and performance management

Work Environment
