What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and communicate test results to operations and quality teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to material quality.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure proper testing procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and process efficiency.

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Work Environment
- Shift Hours: 7pm - 3am
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in outdoor and industrial settings.
- Manual dexterity required for operating testing equipment and handling materials.
- Visual and auditory acuity to safely navigate work areas and monitor equipment.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
