What You'll Be Doing Perform routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and communicate test results to operations and quality teams. Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to material quality. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure proper testing procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and process efficiency. What Are We Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Ability to follow standardized testing procedures and safety protocols. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical Demands of the Job Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in outdoor and industrial settings. Manual dexterity required for operating testing equipment and handling materials. Visual and auditory acuity to safely navigate work areas and monitor equipment. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
