What You'll Be Doing
- Operate a yard loader safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
- Load customer trucks accurately while maintaining production and quality standards.
- Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe and efficient operations.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting team goals.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial or aggregate environment.
- Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members, customers, and supervisors.
- Mechanical aptitude with the capability to inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs.
- Reliable, self-motivated individual with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
