What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs.
- Communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor concrete consistency and assist with adjustments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT regulations.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
