What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine lubrication, oil changes, and preventative maintenance on fleet and plant equipment
- Inspect machinery and vehicles to identify wear, leaks, and potential mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate service records and report findings to maintenance leadership
- Support equipment uptime by responding quickly to day-shift service needs
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work area
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely perform preventative maintenance tasks on mobile or fixed equipment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate equipment issues
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
