What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily cement terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product handling.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory accuracy, and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Guide and support terminal employees through clear work direction and coaching.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and customer service.
- Proven ability to lead union teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Strong operational decision‑making skills in fast‑paced, logistics‑focused environments.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Comfort working with equipment, systems, and processes within an industrial setting.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude and abilities.
- Industrial terminal environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- Regular walking, climbing, and standing; ability to safely navigate equipment areas.
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
