What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous production
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support reliable operations
- Adjust controls and settings to optimize product quality and throughput
- Follow safety, environmental, and operational procedures at all times
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate work and resolve issues
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate industrial or plant equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Mechanical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow standard operating procedures
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $32.00 to $42.00 per hour
