What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to ensure optimal plant operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $24.50 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour differential for second shift
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
