What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across business units
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop insights that support strategic and day-to-day decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics clearly
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to optimize efficiency and cost performance
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities
- Collaborate with field operations and leadership to drive process improvements and operational consistency
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and process standardization
- Assist with special projects, including system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms)
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving capability with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset
- Primarily office-based with regular interaction across departments
