What You'll Be Doing
- Lead plant operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and financial performance goals.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, equipment utilization, and resource planning.
- Develop, coach, and support teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer needs, operational priorities, and business objectives are met.
- Monitor plant performance metrics and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead plant operations and achieve business performance objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.
- Knowledge of operational planning, budgeting, production management, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to analyze performance data, solve complex problems, and make sound business decisions.
- Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
