What You'll Be Doing
- Operate front-end loaders to safely move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
- Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain consistent material flow to support quarry production and customer needs.
- Monitor work areas for safety hazards and follow all site safety procedures.
- Keep work areas, haul roads, and stockpile locations clean and organized.
- Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate heavy mobile equipment.
- Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform equipment inspections and identify issues.
- Dependable team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $26 - $29 per hour
