What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and environmental compliance
Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals and build a high-performing, engaged workforce
Monitor key production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize output and reduce downtime
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless plant operations and product delivery
Uphold safety standards by promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations
